To configure the Partner API WooCommerce plugin, use the following steps:
- Install the plugin
- Search for the Airalo WooCommerce plugin in the WooCommerce store and click Install.
- Upload the ZIP file shared by Airalo via the WooCommerce admin panel and click Install Now.
- Activate the plugin
- After installation, click Activate to enable the plugin on your WooCommerce site.
- After installation, click Activate to enable the plugin on your WooCommerce site.
- Get the Airalo Partner API credentials in the Partner Platform
- Navigate to the Partner Platform in your WooCommerce admin dashboard.
- Select the API Integration menu. Note that it is only available for dedicated users.
- Copy the API Client ID and API Client Secret.
- Enter the API credentials in the Airalo plugin settings
- Use the credentials provided by the Airalo Partner API to authenticate the plugin.
- Use the credentials provided by the Airalo Partner API to authenticate the plugin.
- Configure your synchronization settings
- Language: Choose the preferred language for product descriptions. Note that the sandbox environment only supports a few languages, while the production environment supports 53 languages.
- Sync Images: Enable this option if you want to use the Airalo images assigned to eSIM packages.
- Use Airalo SIM Name: Enable this option if you want to use the Airalo names assigned to eSIM packages.
- Use Sandbox: Enable this option to test features in the sandbox environment before going live.
- Auto Publish Product: Enable this if you want new eSIM packages to be published automatically. If not, they will sync as “Draft” for manual review.
- Auto Publish After Price Update: Enable this if you have price automation configured and want products to be published automatically upon price changes.
- Save your settings
- After configuring all necessary options, click Save to apply the settings.
- Sync products and orders.
- The plugin will now automatically sync eSIM packages and orders every hour.
- You can initiate the synchronization by clicking on the Sync Now button.
- Review and publish products.
- If you opted to sync products as “Draft,” review and publish them manually from the WooCommerce Product admin panel.
- Set up the retail prices for the eSIM products.
- Configure payment gateway and prices
- Ensure your payment gateway is set up in WooCommerce.
- Configure retail prices manually or through third-party plugins as needed.
