What are the different roles for my users?

At Airalo Partners, we offer different roles tailored to each partnership stream. Here's a comprehensive guide to our available roles and their capabilities.

Corporate roles

Admin

• Full administrative access to all Partner Platform features
• Manage eSIMs store, top-up, orders, and eSIMs
• Control user assignments and monitor usage
• Access to analytics, package offerings, and billing

Operations

• Access to core platform features like eSIMs store and top-ups
• Handle orders and eSIMs
• Assign users and monitor usage

Finance

• Access to financial features
• Manage orders and credits
• Handle billing and package offerings
• Access to analytics

Employee

• Access to eSIMs (at the Airalo.com website)
• View shared eSIMs within the organization
• No access to the Partner Platform

API Partner Finance

• Access to orders and billing

Role assignment

When adding new users, consider their responsibilities and required access level carefully. Only users with Admin roles can manage user permissions within their organization.
