Most eSIMs assigned through the Partner Platform come with an eSIMs Cloud link and a password for access. When users access the link, they can view their eSIM installation details and track their data usage in real-time.
As a partner, you can also check the remaining data of assigned eSIMs on the eSIMs page in the Partner Platform.
Please note that in some cases, certain eSIMs may not report usage due to provider limitations. In such instances, users can manually check their data consumption through their device settings using the following steps.
For iOS (Apple) devices:
- Go to Settings > Cellular or Settings > Mobile Data.
- Scroll down to view data usage statistics for the current period. Ensure the eSIM is enabled for data.
For Samsung devices:
- Go to Settings > Connections.
- Tap Data Usage.
- Scroll down to find your active eSIM and tap Mobile Data Usage.
For Pixel and other Android devices:
- Go to Settings > Network & Internet.
- Tap SIMs and select your active eSIM.
- Scroll down and tap App Data Usage.
