Yes, you can pay through monthly invoices.
When this option is enabled, you can purchase eSIM packages throughout the month, as needed. This also makes it easier for employees to purchase eSIMS directly in the Airalo app using “Bill to organization” without exceeding an Airalo credit balance.
When do I receive invoices?
You’ll receive an email with consolidated invoice at the end of each month. Additionally, you’ll receive a CSV that includes all of your transactions for the relevant period.
How can I pay an invoice?
To pay your invoice, use the payment link in the invoice email. This will direct you to the Partner Platform where you can pay with your selected payment method. You can also access and pay invoices from Billing in the Partner Platform.
When are payments for invoices due?
The terms for when invoice payments are due will be outlined in your contract.
By default, most invoice payments are due within 7 days from the invoice date. In some cases, payments may be made within 15 or 30 days.
How can I set a credit limit for monthly invoices?
Your limit for monthly invoices will be set in your contract when you sign up. By default, the limit will be $100,000.00 USD.
You will not be able to adjust the limit in the Partner Platform. To update your limit for monthly invoices, please contact your Airalo account manager.
If you’ve set a limit for monthly invoices, you can always view how much you’ve spent and remaining credit from Credits in Partner Platform.
