Onboarding your employees on Airalo involves two main steps:
- Adding users to the Airalo Partner platform
- Inviting employees to join their organization
Onboarding your employees on Airalo is a two-step process
- Adding users to the Airalo Partner Platform:
- Users with permission to partner platform will automatically receive an email invitation once added through any method and can immediately access the platform.
- Inviting employees to join your organization:
- This step is specifically for users who need eSIMs for travel.
- You must invite these employees to join your organization from partner platform. Only after they accept the invitation can you share eSIMs with them.
There are two methods to add users to the Airalo Partner platform:
Option 1: Integrate with your Identity Provider System
- This method allows for seamless provisioning and synchronization of employees through Single Sign-On (SSO).
- By integrating the Airalo partner platform with your Identity Provider System, you can use your existing employee directory, eliminating the need for manual user management1.
Option 2: Add users directly on the partner platform
- To manually add users:
- Navigate to the "Users" screen on the partner platform
- Click on “Add User” and provide the employee details
- If you choose to invite users at the time of creation, you can enable the “Invite” to Airalo toggle
