Why can’t I assign an eSIM to my employee?

You can only assign eSIMs to employees who have joined your organization on Airalo. You can check whether the employee has joined by doing the following:

1. Open the Partner Platform and go to Users.
2. Find the user and check the “Org status” column.
   • "Not invited" — Please invite the employee to join your organization by doing the following:
     1. Open the three-dot menu under “Actions.”
     2. Select Invite to Airalo.
   • "Invite sent" — The employee hasn't accepted the invitation, yet.
     1. Please contact them and ask them to accept the invitation.
     2. If necessary, select Resend invitation in the three-dot menu under “Actions.”

If you can’t find the employee under Users, they haven’t been added as a user. Please follow the onboarding steps to add them to your organization.
