You can assign users different roles to determine their permissions and access in the Partner Platform.
Here's an overview of the available roles:
- Admin: Grants full access to all Partner Platform features, including eSIM Store, Top-up, Orders, eSIMs, Assign user, Monitor usage, Analytics, Package offering, Billing and Help & Support.
- Operations: Grants access to core features of the Partner Platform, including eSIM store, Top-up, Orders, eSIMs, Assign user, Monitor usage and Help & Support.
- Finance: Grants focused access to financial features, Orders, Help & Support, Credits, Billing and Package offering.
- Employee: Grants access to eSIMs assigned and shared through your organization. Employees do not have access to the Partner Platform.
Admins can assign roles when adding users or edit roles later from Users. Before assigning a role, consider the user's needs and level of required access.
