When creating an eSIM exceeds the anticipated duration of 30 seconds, the Partner API times out. This triggers an error message, often bearing the error code 503/504.
If you encounter a timeout error during eSIM creation, it means the order has not been processed and there will be no order record in our database or on the Partner Platform.
To address this issue, please place the order again. We recommend placing an order with a reduced quantity to mitigate the risk of another timeout.
